About This Image: Photographed March 26, 2005. The moon was impossibly bright, and even at 11:00pm you could see for miles across the lake. Here, the moon takes on a sun-like appearance thanks to a relatively small aperature and a long exposure. A hint of Aurora Borealis swirls above.
