About This Image: This one reminded me of one of those powerful spotlights that you would see outside a fancy club or a movie premiere - you know, the type that send a powerful beam up into the sky and move back and forth. Photographed on Frame Lake, in the heart of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. 20-second exposure at f/2.8
